Below are instructions for uploading your presentations and/or displaying your poster

• Symposia presentations: To ensure all PowerPoint presentations are uploaded before the start of the symposium, we ask all presenters to visit the room of their symposium at their earliest convenience, but no later than 9:00am on the day their symposium is scheduled, to upload their presentation onto the correct folder on the desktop of the computer available in the room.

• Short oral presentations: Each short oral presentation session will take place in the Lecture theatre in the Pathfoot building. To make the transition between short oral presentations as smooth as possible the session moderator will make 1 PowerPoint file of all presentations within the session. We therefore ask you to visit the Lecture Theatre in the Pathfoot building to upload your PowerPoint presentation onto the correct folder on the desktop of the computer by 16:00pm on Wednesday August 30.

• Poster presentations: The available poster boards are A0 (vertical orientation) size, so please plan accordingly when printing your poster. Posters will be displayed in the main area of Pathfoot, the Crush Hall. Each poster board will be allocated a number (from 1 – 20) which corresponds with the number of your poster in the programme. On the day of your poster presentation, we ask you to display your poster on the correct poster board by 9:30am. Your poster will be displayed for the full day, but we only request you to be available for any questions around your poster during the scheduled poster session. You are responsible for taking down your poster at the end of the day.
