Important note on in-person registration costs:

All in-person registration costs include 2 coffee breaks and one lunch each day of the conference (i.e., August 30, August 31, and September 1), as well as the conference dinner on the evening of August 31^st. Furthermore, there will be a cap on the number of online presentations as part of the symposia, to ensure that the majority of speakers are delivering their presentation in person. All poster and short oral presentations will take place in person, and there is no online presentation option available for this.

Important note on online registration:

Online attendees will receive a Microsoft Teams link to follow the scientific programme live (NO RECORDINGS OF THE PRESENTATIONS WILL BE MADE!). This includes the opportunity to follow all 3 keynote presentations, all parallel symposia, and both short oral presentation sessions live online. However, due to the conference set-up, online attendees will not have access to or be able to engage with the poster presentation sessions.

Early bird registration fees (ending June 30, 2023):

Steps to follow to become an EPPN member:

• First go to the Membership section of SPP (follow this link) and follow all the steps to achieve SPP membership.
• You will then have the option to join EPPN along the way! Simply use the drop down box on the right and select “Join a SIG/RIG/Affinity Group” and choose “EPPN” from the list which comes up. (Existing SPP members can simply log in and go to the Member Portal (Member Portal) and find the same dropbox on the right.)

IMPORTANT NOTE (JUNE 30, 2023): Please be aware that the rooms in the Stirling Court Hotel are now sold out, but we still have rooms in Willow Court for en-suite rooms with breakfast (£47.25 per room, per night (single occupancy))! ROOM BOOKINGS WILL CLOSE ON AUGUST 8! Please follow the steps on this page to book your room (select ‘any’ in the category Accommodation option, to see the rooms for Willow Court pop up). Similarly to the Stirling Court Hotel, Willow court is also located on the University of Stirling campus and is a small apartment complex. The rooms each have their own bathroom and the price also includes breakfast in the restaurant downstairs.
